What the Nefertiti lift does, and what it does not
The treatment takes its name from the Egyptian queen with the famously sharp jawline. Product is placed along the jaw and down the neck, in the muscles that pull the lower face downward. Relaxing that downward pull lets the jawline read cleaner and the neck look smoother in profile.
The name oversells it a little, and we would rather say that here than at your follow-up. This is a neuromodulator, not a surgical lift. It softens and defines. It does not remove skin, and if what you want is a surgeon's result, you should see a surgeon. What it does well is the subtle version, the "you look sharper, did you cut your hair?" version, and for a lot of people that is the whole ask.
We also pair it. A Nefertiti lift addresses the muscles that pull down. Jawline filler adds the structure that a jaw may be missing. If your provider thinks you need both, you will hear it at the consultation, and if you need neither, you will hear that too.

Consultation
Your provider looks at your jaw and neck at rest and while you tense the neck, then tells you whether the treatment fits, how many units, and the cost.
Numbing
A topical numbing agent goes on first.
Injections
A series of small injections along the jawline and neck. It takes minutes.
Aftercare
Stay upright for a few hours. Skip strenuous exercise for the rest of the day and do not rub or massage the treated area. Minor swelling or a small bruise is normal and short lived.
Results
Changes show within a few days and settle in about two weeks. Results last three to six months, and often longer over time with regular treatment.

Is a Nefertiti lift right for you?
It is likely a good fit if you:

- are in good physical and mental health, with no medical contraindications
- have realistic expectations about a subtle, non-surgical result

What affects the cost
The cost of a Nefertiti lift follows the unit count, and the unit count depends on how much of the jaw and neck needs treating. Your provider confirms your unit count and the cost at your consultation, before any treatment is booked.
Members pay $12 per unit for Botox and bank their monthly fee as credit toward treatments. Cherry financing is available after a soft credit check with no effect on your score.
